LMX Butcher started in the pacific northwest and is continually growing. We are a butcher business set in the meat industry looking to provide quality merchandise and recommendation to industry members and armature chefs alike.
Mission
We look towards building community with people who have a taste for good food and better vibes. We want quality first and foremost, and we are willing to do the work to make it happen.
Vision
We seek to establish branches of local butchers across the map. Taking the power back to the tradesman and out of the hands of mega corps. Through franchising and training activities we will build this community cut by cut.
