Fine dried whole leaf sage grown on the mountain sides of North Idaho. This spear shaped leaf withstands the dry direct sun and occasional fruitful rains of the Rocky Mountains. Its flavor is a bold and robust mouth feel with a spicy tang finish. It owes its robust flavor to the pine trees and high acidic soils of the cliffs. Great for game and wild meats, or a pairing of pepper and herbs and livestock.
